How It Started

Barnworks was created in 2012 in a 30’x50’ timber frame barn that had previously been a stagecoach stop. For the past 25-plus years, we have collaborated on many projects, from home remodels, flips, builds, and everything in between.

We work well together as a creative team and enjoy making unique gifts for friends and family. Our welding endeavor began with a pair of reindeer in the fall of 2012. To this day, crudely welded deer are in the homes of close friends and family, including a set on our kitchen island.

In 2016, we built a home that included a gun-safe/storm shelter. We envisioned a substantial vault-style door to complete our gun safe. Having difficulty finding the look and feel we wanted, our first steel door was built.

Barnworks Custom Welding and Fabrication began in February 2020.

We hope you enjoy the craftsmanship and creativity behind all our projects.
